You are correct. He is indeed in Cornwall, but I believe the road in the background was the one that heads to Lyonesse. As far as the bow... I have no clue which one it was! heh I had so many!

Looks like Rakul is in Cornwall, and there's the side road that went to the Roman villa. Nifty bow!
